First time puppy owners here and we couldn’t have been matched with a more perfect puppy than Enzo! He stole our hearts the moment we saw his picture and continues to do so every day. In terms of the process, we could not be happier with the service, communication and care provided by Krisztina. A 5 minute whatsapp conversation with her, confirmed to me that this is the right place to find our puppy. She’s so sweet, answered all my questions and concerns at all hours of the day without hesitation. The transparency is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced in today’s world. We also opted for the additional training service and its SO worth it! Our pup slept in his crate the entire night, already knew his basic commands and it was just a breeze, instead of a struggle, from the start. Enzo arrived happy, healthy, and as cute as button.
