How to claim the Lifetime Guarantee
Our lifetime warranty claim only applies to previous customers.
To purchase a new kitten, please send the death certificate of your cat within 12 months from the date of death to our customer support. It is necessary to place a link referring to the animal that you want to purchase.
When all specifications are covered, follow the standard purchase process. Choose your new cat and we will apply the 50% discount on the cat’s price. Please note that the delivery price is an additional expense and therefore does not have a 50% discount. Our lifetime warranty is valid in cases when the client paid a full price for their previous kitten.
