Newdoggy sent Nala to us in Hong Kong. She is the most beautiful Rottweiler with a lovely, gentle nature. The service from end to end was superb. We had been struggling to find a puppy close to where we live for over a year when we came across newdoggy.com. At first we were very sceptical as we really wanted to make sure that we got a happy and healthy puppy. Initially the idea of buying a puppy online did feel uncomfortable, since you’re not able to meet up with them before you make up your mind and you cannot see the conditions they are brought up in before you purchase them. We got our little puppy sent from Budapest and arrived to California. We got so excited when we saw our little Wayne. He was exactly as the pictures showed to us before or even better. We ADORE Molly (formerly Deizy). She is the sweetest puppy and has settled into our family so quickly. The team at Newdoggy did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We got our little Samoyed girl a month ago and everything about the process was great. I’ve been searching for a new family member for more than 2 years, a friend of mine told me about his friend who got his baby girl from new doggy, al thought for me it was a nearly impossible to get a baby from overseas but their communication skills kept me interested, and when they literally matched 100% what I was looking for, I got a video and an image with the most beautiful angel I’ve seen. Once I bought Myla, I was always updated with her pictures and videos, they literally answered my constant questions and never made me wait more than half an hour to reply me, I felt that I was with myla during the whole 1.5 months of waiting, they spoke to me like family, myla arrived last night passed 1 am and took over 3 hours of waiting and they waited with me, stayed up and made sure she’s safe with me, new doggy expanded my family but not only with myla, a great team and great family. Newdoggy was referred to us by a friend that had also used this service. We are so in love with our new puppy. We have had him for two weeks (french bulldog named Gouda) and could not be happier. He fits in perfectly with our family! It was initially scary going through a pet service but I could not ask for a better experience. NewDoggy.com is an amazing site to look for happy and healthy puppies. We were looking for Bernese Mountain Dog and found puppy that we fell in love with. However, we never bought dog over the web site and the only way to find out the procedure was to contact phone number that was mentioned on the page. People on the other side of the phone were so helpful. We discussed everything to the smallest details and the process of getting our first puppy was easy and pleasant. Breeders took the best care of us and our future puppy. Everything went smooth, after only few days: doggy was ready for pick up.
