We got our little Samoyed girl a month ago and everything about the process was great. The process was very transparent and easygoing and all of our questions were answered while we always felt taken seriously and taken care of. Our puppy has the most wonderful personality and it’s very obvious that she comes from a loving home where she was wonderfully socialized and taken care of. She’s much more than what we had dreamed of in very sense. She’s happy and healthy and the friendliest fluffy little creature we can imagine. She’s a quick learner and makes everything so easy on us. While we originally had our hesitations about getting a puppy from so far away who then has to travel so far (from Belarus to Switzerland), the experience could not have been better and our little dog lady was taken care of at all times to the maximum degree and ultimately brought to us via car in a very careful and animal friendly way, which was massively important to us. After all, we can recommend new doggy to anyone and Geza and his team are making sure that both you and your future fluff family member are taken care of on each step of the way. We’re very grateful for everything and happy about our dog every day!
